Depending on the specific project or customer relationship, SENS Innovation ApS may act as either data controller or data processor. Where we act as a data processor, processing is governed by a written Data Processing Agreement and carried out only on documented instructions from the data controller.
Information Collection and Use#

This data may include movement and activity measurements produced by sensor hardware. The data is used solely for the purposes defined by the specific healthcare, research, or service context in which the solution is deployed.
Depending on the specific project or customer agreement:
- SENS Innovation ApS acts as data processor, processing activity data on behalf of a healthcare or research organisation acting as data controller, or
- SENS Innovation ApS acts as data controller, where activity data is collected directly for service operation, development, or explicitly consented use.
Where SENS Innovation ApS acts as a data processor, processing is governed by a written Data Processing Agreement.
Activity data may, depending on context, constitute health-related personal data under GDPR Article 9. In such cases, processing is carried out in accordance with applicable GDPR requirements.
We do not use activity data for marketing or profiling purposes.
Depending on the application, we may also collect:
- Phone number (if you choose to log in)
- Bluetooth name of the phone
We do not collect location data unless explicitly stated within a specific application.
