Delivery or pick-up of equipment

If you have received a notification that your parcel is ready for collection or you have questions about the collection process, here you will find information on how to collect your parcel.

1. Arrange delivery or pick-up
#

All orders are shipped unless pick-up is arranged beforehand. Once the equipment has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and expected delivery time.

If you wish to collect your equipment yourself, it is important that you arrange a specific time to collect your parcel. Pick-up can only take place if confirmed by us.

2. Pick-up address

Items ordered from SENS can be collected at Tagensvej 85E, st.th, 2200 Copenhagen N.

However, pick-up must always be arranged in advance so that we can ensure there is someone here when you arrive.
